Mr. Marovich represents homeowners associations in matters relating to enforcement of CC&Rs, fines, bylaws, and rules and regulations. He also prepares bylaws and bylaw amendments, as well as declarations for recordation and other governing documents as needed. He has experience representing associations at court and files and manages lawsuits for associations when all else fails.
Mr. Marovich's experience and knowledge about the operation of homeowners associations provides him with a unique opportunity. He applies that knowledge and experience to the benefit of homeowners who need legal representation to navigate through the often confusing and frustrating world of governing documents, fines, statutes, and rules that affect all homeowners.
